Privacy & appointment messages

DF Wireless collects your name, phone, email, device details, repair request and appointment time to manage your booking and contact you about your repair. Email is required for booking confirmations and replies. We do not ask for your device password in this form.

SMS consent

Appointment texts are optional. Checking the consent box allows DF Wireless to send confirmations, reminders, appointment changes and one optional review invitation after a completed repair to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also call your selected store. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers & access

We use hosting, email and SMS service providers to process appointment information. Authorized staff can access bookings for their store; the owner can access all locations. Keep your appointment management link private because anyone with that link can change or cancel the appointment.

Your information

To request a correction or deletion, contact your selected DF Wireless store using the phone number on our home page. Repair and payment records may need to be retained for business purposes.
